Withdrawal information

Information about the statutory right of withdrawal and its early expiry when the digital €1-House Guide is supplied.

Information about this translation

This English version is provided for convenience. If there are any discrepancies or differences in interpretation, the German withdrawal information is authoritative.

Key points at a glance

  • Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
  • For digital content, the withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded.
  • A pre-order or payment alone does not end the right of withdrawal.
  • The right expires only when supply of the PDF begins and all statutory requirements have been met.
  • Withdrawal may be declared informally by email.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email:

TOGETHER GmbH
Albert-Einstein-Str. 1
95028 Hof
Germany
Telephone
+49 9267 914 2990
Email
info@1-euro-haus.de

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.

We will generally make the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Early expiry for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires if

  • we have begun performing the contract,
  • you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the withdrawal period expires,
  • you have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal when performance begins as a result of that consent, and
  • we have provided you with confirmation of the contract recording that consent and acknowledgement.

The right of withdrawal therefore does not expire merely because you placed the order, gave your consent or made payment. It expires only when supply of the PDF guide has begun and the conditions listed above have been met.

4. Special information about pre-orders

The digital €1-House Guide will be available from 14 September 2026. Any right of withdrawal that still exists remains unaffected until the PDF is actually supplied.

If the order is validly withdrawn before supply begins, the guide will not be supplied. Any payments already made will be reimbursed in accordance with the provisions above.

5. Declaring withdrawal by email

You may declare your withdrawal informally by email. Your message must merely make it clear that you wish to withdraw from the contract. You do not need to give a reason.

If possible, please state your name and your order or invoice number so that we can identify the order reliably.

Send withdrawal by email

6. Model withdrawal form

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may copy and complete the following form and send it to us by email or post:
